I was trying to write down a complaint list to send to ABC but this guy beat me to it.
In retrospect, LOST was a piss poor written show.
But anyway…
Since I seem to be catching heat over my last post, Ill make it as simple as possible:
1. The season was sloppy, it felt like it was being stretched for weeks without a clear direction as to how to tie in the first 6 episodes to the end of the series; take Sayid being drowned and without resolution, being told by the writers that he was now evil!
2. Widmore and the “supercharged” magnetic device that sent Desmond into the afterlife and back? And why was Desmond so special? Correct me if I am wrong but it was Charlie who drove Desmond into the water and showed him the “Island Life” and yet when they brought Charlie back, he knew nothing about it until he touched Claire!
3. The one that really bothered me was Sayid and Shannon in the afterlife!! Shouldn’t Sayids afterlife partner been Nadia? You know the one girl he loved his whole life and not the caddy chick he met on the Island?? After all, Penny was at the Church with Desmond, she was never on the island!! She wasn’t dead! That made absolutely no sense! unless you get to bring anyone to the afterlife! And if that is so, why didn’t Jin and Sun have their baby with them? And did Jack and Juliet not care about their son anymore? I’m just saying!
4. Last (for now), What was so special about Walt? we seen less important characters on the final episode than Walt or his father Michael!! They show Vincent but not Walt or Michael? Hold up a minute, where is my race card?…
But anyway, thats it for now… I don’t want to think anymore.
I stand by what I say, I know it’s easy to accept the “afterlife” resolution for some, but not for me.
And BTW, where was Mr. Eko at the Church? Or the Science Teacher? or that Brazilian couple that got buried alive? Or the Polar Bears!!!!!
But the LOST ending was weak!!!!!!!!
So I guess there was nothing special about Walt…
Or Hurley…
Or Whitmore’s son…
or Claire’s baby…
or Jacob…
and what about the numbers??? and Dharma? and Charles Whitmore?
